This is a gentle, parasympathetic-led practice that uses slow, conscious breathing to support inner healing and meaningful change. Rather than pushing or forcing, this work invites the body into a state of safety where deeper awareness can naturally unfold.

Through the slow full rhythm of the breath, we are brought into contact with the deeper layers of ourselves…our intuition and our inner truth.

Each session includes time for intention-setting, the breathwork journey itself and space to integrate and reflect. This arc allows clarity to emerge around what is ready to shift in your life, while trusting your body, psyche and breath to guide the process forward.

The emphasis of this practice is on mindful self-awareness and gently amplifying sensation. From this place of presence, the body can begin to release stored stress, past experiences, conditioning and habitual patterns held across the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual layers of our being. Change happens not through effort, but through listening and allowing what no longer serves to soften and make room for something new.

If you feel called toward deeper listening, clarity and embodied change, Breathwork Mastery RBM offers a sacred doorway back to yourself. This is a space where your breath becomes your guide and your body becomes your ally.

This is not something you do so much as something you enter. A space where your body, psyche and breath lead the way toward clarity, release and change.

  • Its a gentle, conscious, connected breathing practice that works with the parasympathetic nervous system. It is a self-generated process that supports deep self-awareness, self-empowerment, and a return to your authentic self. Through the breath, we invite your body’s innate intelligence to reveal what is ready to be seen, felt, softened, or released.

    This practice is not about forcing your breath or forcing healing.

    It is about trusting the wisdom already living inside you.

    Through intention setting, conscious breathing, and integration, it supports you in becoming clearer about what you are ready to shift in your life and then allowing your breath, body, and psyche to gently clear the path forward.

  • With regular practice, many people notice a shift from reacting out of habit to responding with greater choice and clarity. The breath creates space for old patterns, stored stress and limiting beliefs to soften and resolve, allowing insight and steadiness to emerge. For me, this practice supported a deep reorientation of my life. I came to Breathwork Mastery RBM while living with chronic illness, including Ulcerative Colitis and Lyme disease, and while moving into a new relationship with aging, rest, and my body. At that time, much of my life was shaped by managing symptoms, conserving energy, and pushing through when I could.

    Through my ongoing relationship with breath, rest, and deep listening, long-held beliefs about my body, my health and what was possible began to soften. Over time, my relationship with illness, vitality, and capacity changed in profound ways and my life shifted from survival into conscious living.

    This is my personal experience…shared not as a promise or prescription, but as a testament to what can unfold when we slow down, listen deeply and allow the body’s wisdom to guide change.

    I’ve witnessed many women experience a deeper connection to their intuition, emotional relief, clearer awareness and a renewed relationship with their body and themselves. Change unfolds gradually, guided by the body’s own wisdom rather than force or effort.

  • Each session is approximately 2.5 hours total, honoring the full arc of the experience. This is a spacious container that allows the work to unfold without rushing.

    • Intention setting and preparation

    • A 90 minute breathwork journey, lying down in your own bed or comfortable space

    • Time for rest, grounding and debriefing

    • Gentle integration and reflection

    What You Will Need

    For your session, please prepare:

    • A quiet, comfortable space where you can lie down

    • A bed, mat or soft surface

    • A blanket or two. A thin flat pillow if needed

    • A journal and pen

    You are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and create a space that feels safe and held.

  • I am currently in Stage 3 of my Breathwork Mastery RBM training at The School of Breathwork. This means:

    • I am in my third year of training and actively practicing under supervision with my teacher, Eleanor Mann

    • Sessions are held within clear ethical and safety guidelines

    • Care, consent and nervous system attunement are central to my work

    Because I am still completing my certification, sessions are offered at a discounted training rate. This reflects both transparency and my commitment to making this work more accessible during this stage of training.

    As a Stage 3 trainee, I am also able to work with two people in a shared session. If the individual session rate feels out of reach, you are welcome to book with a trusted friend, partner or family member and share the cost. Each person will have their own intention and breathing journey, held within the same session container.
