Walk gently through transitions
I support women who know something needs to change
I offer death doula support, Breathwork Mastery RBM and seasonal group care
I help women trust their bodies, feel less alone and live with more care, connection and the inner clarity to shape the life they want. I offer steady, presence-based support for living in a way that is truer to our human nature.

I’m Valisha and I believe in the medicine of slowness.
This way of working has grown from my own lived experience of illness, caregiving, grief and change.
In a world that asks us to rush, I offer something different: an invitation to remember what your body already knows, that healing happens in cycles and that wisdom grows in both the quiet and the messy moments of life when we take time to tend to them.
I believe that tending to ourselves is also a way of tending to Earth and to humanity.
My work is small by design, shaped to support my own life as much as the lives I serve, rooted in relational care, sustainability and honoring the many seasons of life.
This way of tending becomes especially important at the end of life.
