Between Breaths

Between Breaths is a space for the conversations we rarely have and deeply need.

A place to speak about life, death, caregiving, grief, love, fear, aging, and what it means to be alive in changing times.

There is no agenda to solve anything here.
Only listening.
Only witnessing.
Only the relief of being in honest company.

This space is for:

  • Those walking with death, illness, or loss

  • Those curious about living more consciously

  • Those longing for community around sacred, real topics

  • Those who want to remember they are not alone

You may come to listen.
You may come to speak.
Both are welcome.

In the days following our gathering, I’ll share a simple herbal tea blend by email, inspired by what was spoken and felt, an invitation to gently weave the themes into the body, at your own pace.

If you register and later find you can’t attend, that’s okay. Please release your spot so another may join.

Free. Open-hearted. Come as you are.

Bedtime Blessings

Come as you are. Bring a cup of tea, a bowl of warm water for your feet, or simply your tired body. Lie down if you want. Turn off your camera if you need. Let yourself be read to.

This is not a class. It is a remembering. Of what it feels like to be cared for. To be soothed. To be allowed to rest while someone else holds the story.

I read feminine, earth-honoring myths, goddess stories and beloved tales that speak to the deeper wisdom of the body, seasons and the cycles of life. You do not need to listen with your mind. Let the story wash over you.

Blessing, in this space, is not religious. It is the simple act of being soothed and reminded that you are safe to rest.

Bring:

  • A warm cup of tea or herbal infusion

  • A bowl for a foot soak or your steam seat

  • Or simply your breath and your presence

You are invited to create a small ritual space at home.
Pets are welcome. Pajamas are welcome. Quiet is welcome.

Together we will:

  • Slow the nervous system

  • Invite in the element of water, earth and air

  • Listen to feminine archetypal or goddess stories

  • Rest together in blessing and presence

This is not a class.
It is a sanctuary.

A place where your body can soften.
Where your heart can exhale.
Where your week can begin with kindness and care in community.
